Wayne Goodings: Founder and Managing Partner
Wayne Goodings is the founder and Managing Partner of Level Five. After a successful 13 year career as an Air Traffic Controller, Wayne transitioned to a career in commercial sales in 1989. Wayne quickly demonstrated exceptional sales capability in the Information technology, real estate and travel and transportation sectors and established himself as one of the region’s top tier business to business sales professionals, setting an Asia Pacific travel and transportation sector record by winning $82 million of business for Qantas over one 18 month period. Wayne was subsequently recruited by Ansett as National Commercial Sales Manager, from which he moved into the role of General Manager, Business Sales and Marketing and then Manager – Global Direct Sales at Air New Zealand.
Wayne then fulfilled senior sales and marketing management roles with a number of Top 100 Australian companies, primarily as the leader of significant business turnaround initiatives and forged a reputation as a strategically talented and tactically adept change agent restructuring, reorganising, reengineering and reenergising large sales organisations. It was this experience that inspired Wayne to start his own management consulting firm specialising in sales improvement. Wayne and his team now consult to corporations across a variety of industry sectors across Asia Pacific-with a strong focus on delivering significant agreed business returns for the clients they work with. Gerald Richards: Executive Consultant
Gerald has in excess of twenty years experience in the sales and marketing consulting, coaching and training fields, working internationally and domestically with both ASX 250 and Fortune 500 companies. His employment experience includes roles as the Company Secretary and Accountant for a world-wide freight forwarding organisation, Product and Sales Trainer for the Asia, Africa and Australasian Region and Marketing Manager and Regional Manager for Kodak Australasia and National Sales and Marketing Manager for Ericsson Communications.
